WHO WE ARE.
MY STORY +
Growing up, I never truly had one path that I wanted to follow or one road that I found was easiest to walk down. Instead, I challenged myself to walk many different directions to learn what peaked my interested the most, and what made me truly happy. During my time studying Communications and Advertising at Appalachian State University, and after receiving my Bachelor's Degree, I realized a few things about myself that I never knew before. I adore building relationships with others, supporting small and local businesses, planning events, social media management, all things digital marketing, as well as being as creative as possible, no matter what the situation.
Although throughout my lifetime I've worked in a variety of industries, most recently, after experiencing a career in a very demanding industry, I realized something - life is way too short not to be happy everyday by doing something you love. Yes, that may sound cliche, but it's the truth. Anyone who has ever had the opportunity to get to know me, knows I put 110% in everything that I do. My daily mission is to try to always put a smile on someone's face. Knowing this, I thought "why not work for myself?" Imagine the luxuries of being your own boss - spending more time with friends and family, traveling to exciting new places, continually building relationships with new people, and loving every minute of it. A real dream come true!
MY HEART +
Many who know me, know my love for Red.
For those who do not know, Red is my 10 year old Golden Retriever. I got Red when she was 6 weeks old from Monroe, North Carolina. It was a year after my big brother unexpectedly passed, and I did not realize at the time that I had just found my new best friend. Little did I know the impact she was going to make on my life. Red saved my life and helped me more than I could have ever imagined. Red has been there for all of the milestones of my life - my first apartment, moving states, getting engaged, graduating college, and even my flower girl at our wedding. All that to say, I know that Red will not be here on earth forever, but one thing I do know is my love for her. I thought what better way to keep her legacy alive than naming my business where I do what I love after my very first true love.
