  • Absolutely! Packages are 100% not required to use our services here at Redlined. You have the choice to pick and choose the services that you want to utilize. We can determine together what services to start with, and build from there.

  • Yes we do! I highly recommend starting out with a Consultation when determining what services you want to utilize. I am happy to help you navigate this process. Consulting is a service we offer, but don’t always promote — This service helps businesses show me firsthand what is currently going on, and how Redlined can help.   • Utilizing our Social Media Management service, you have the option to choose which social platforms you would like Redlined to manage. This can be one of your profiles, or all of them — it is completely up to you! Popular social platforms that we manage include but are not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter) + more.

  • Influencer Relations is a service to help influencers of all platforms help manage their day-to-day schedules, content, partnerships and more. Think of it as assisting you on a need-basis, with any and all tasks that will help you continue to grow your business. Providing you with additional time + help so you can focus on what’s truly important to you and your brand. This service can be temporary, on a project-basis, or full-time, depending on your needs. Each influencer is different, and has different needs they require help with. We can work together to determine a game plan that best fits you + your brand’s needs.

  • Of course! Sometimes it is best to start with a service or two that you think will best benefit you, and then grow from there. You have the option to add on services, as well as swap or takeaway as you see necessary.

  • Yes! Rebranding is a service that is often over looked by most, but is one that is crucial to helping your business thrive. If it has been awhile since you have branded your business, or you’re just looking to start fresh and go back to the drawing board, Rebranding might be a service that you want to explore.   • Redlined does require a contract to be signed when choosing to utilize our services. This contract is a terms of service agreement, ensuring both parties have a clear understanding of what to expect. There is not a set term of the contract, but we do require a 90 day notice if you choose to terminate or change services. Termination requirements vary per contractual agreement and based on service specifics, and will be clearly listed in your contract. You will receive additional info when speaking with me.

  • At this time, we do not have any discounts we are currently offering, but that is not to say that we don’t offer discounts. If you are a veteran, first responder, teacher, etc. please do not hesitate to ask us directly, and we will work to accommodate you. We do have monthly promotions including discounts of services. Be on the lookout for these on our website + social media pages!

  • Absolutely! Our services are completely customizable based on your business needs. Since every business is different, some require longer service terms than others. We can work on a project-basis, seasonal-basis, etc. It is important to note that depending on your goals and timeline, some services do require longer service terms in order to see expected growth and ROI.

  • Turnaround time depends on the season and time of day, but I aim to have a turnaround time regarding all communication within 2-3 business days. Potential changes can occur depending on client needs and time of year. If quicker response is required, please indicate this in the subject line of your email to me.

  • Payment is all based on services provided and client needs. This can be discussed during your consultation appointment.
