Redlined does require a contract to be signed when choosing to utilize our services. This contract is a terms of service agreement, ensuring both parties have a clear understanding of what to expect. There is not a set term of the contract, but we do require a 90 day notice if you choose to terminate or change services. Termination requirements vary per contractual agreement and based on service specifics, and will be clearly listed in your contract. You will receive additional info when speaking with me.

At this time, we do not have any discounts we are currently offering, but that is not to say that we don’t offer discounts. If you are a veteran, first responder, teacher, etc. please do not hesitate to ask us directly, and we will work to accommodate you. We do have monthly promotions including discounts of services. We can work on a project-basis, seasonal-basis, etc. It is important to note that depending on your goals and timeline, some services do require longer service terms in order to see expected growth and ROI.

Turnaround time depends on the season and time of day, but I aim to have a turnaround time regarding all communication within 2-3 business days.
